Joseph DaSilva, Jr. joined the firm in 2004. His practice includes Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate, 
and Land Use. Joe graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a B.A. in 1993 and received his M.A. in History in 1997. Attorney DaSilva was awarded his J.D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac School of Law in 1999, where he was Executive Business Editor of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. Joe received the American Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law, Torts, Evidence, Business Organizations, First Amendment, State Constitutional Law, Lawyers Professional Responsibility, and Law of the European Union. He is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association and the Danbury Bar Association (past President).
Joe was born and raised in Danbury where he currently resides.
